Meet the Team

AIEOU was founded in December 2024 by Dr Sara Ratner, Professor Rebecca Williams and Professor Elizabeth Wonnacott at the University of Oxford.

Today, that founding vision has grown into a global community that includes thousands of valued collaborators from over 100 countries. AIEOU brings together educators, students, academics, technology providers, thought leaders, governments, policymakers, philanthropists and third sector professionals to collaborate on one of the most significant societal challenges of our time.

At its heart, AIEOU is about creating the space for essential cross-sector, interdisciplinary conversations on both the opportunities and challenges of AI in education. By uniting diverse voices, we aim to ensure that the future impact of AI is shaped responsibly, equitably, and collectively.
